YES!

I always find myself being my own harshest critic. I always find that I doubt myself more than others do me. I always find that I don't believe in myself as much as I should because I sometimes get low self-esteem from the endless parade of problems we ALL get!

Sometimes, I find that having faith in myself works. Being overly pessimistic (but inside being extremely positive) helps because when the results come you literally leap with joy!

Sometimes I find that talking to someone helps. I also find that writing a blog or a diary gets rid of unwanted "burden" feelings just hitching a ride on you and making you feel heavier and heavier into depression.

But remember, the most important thing is no matter what gets you down, you MUST find the courage to pick yourself up and face the problem head to head. Be strong! Everyone has problems - it's how you deal with your that makes the big difference!

Know that no matter how bad a situation you're facing, there is always many people dying to take your place because they don't even have the luxury we have to ponder our problems! :) That's how I keep myself motivated!

Yeah, sure am, I am always giving myself a hard time, ;ast weak I was comtemplating killing myself cause I did not think I dersreved to be alive on this planet, but then, the rational side spoke up and pointed out all the things that I would miss if I did die, glad that side won, but I just know that sooneror later the other side of me will win, as it seems to be so strong, want to get counsellling but nothing available at the moment, I want to be more positive about myself as I am a nice person if I would just lay of myself and give me a chance I could be a very nice person.

Sorry if I have upset anyone with these commments got a lot of issues at the moment, well suposse this could always be deleted by the moderator and my account closed. So if that happens I am sorrry if I have upset anyone.

Well, yeah. I know what you mean. I've tried to change my life for the better many times. Finally, I'm really getting results! I don't want to disappoint you, but perhaps the only way is developing your willpower (and developing and developing and developing....)

Of course we are our own worst enemies. We criticize ourselves more than anyone else in the world. Try to stay positive and remember that you are better than your mind tries to tell you that you are. good luck.
