My number one problem is that I can't concentrate, I get really bad sometimes, especially when I'm depressed or in a depressed episode. I'm not seeing my psychiatrist and psychologist until July, which is when my exams are done and all my stress levels will drop.
What should I do? I already take ginseng tablets to help me concentrate but at the moment I can't stop crying because of how much stress I'm under to get into university and also because exams are around the corner and I don't know everything.
