if someone has an eating disorder, what happens if they go right back to eating again with no medical help?

If (theoretically) this person with an eating disorder goes back to eating normally again (unlikely),

their body will begin to store the fat from the food in their body just incase, because your body thinks this might be the only meal for a while, and is preparing for a long time without food (like before).
