so sorry about your mum and your friend too
stay strong and the rough time will be over before you know it
and you need to talk about this
your dad, siblings or anyone out of your family
your friends
even teachers
anyone
get it off your chest and
cry as much as yo like. i know this sounds bad but crying makes you feel a little better
also, if this is really really affecting you then get some therapy .
and dont give up on everything like school and stuff (im guessing you're still in school lol )
keep working hard . yu dont want something like this to affect your future so keep on working!
and i know you feel like awful right now
but there are always others in worse places than you
so be greatful for what you have
