Doctors don't even know about the impact of vitamin and minerals deficiencies, and psychiatrists know nothing about biology. I gathered all I found in a page, I searched my symptoms with my browser. But I can tell you clearly now.

You have reactive hypoglycemia. It can be caused by high sugary refined so called foods. Ban sugar, especially high fructose corn syrup, all grains replace them with greens and carrots...

My hypoglycemia section isn't ready but adrenal fatigue from too much stress is a cause. Ban all chemicals, they can cause brain damage, especially food preservatives and coloring.
Absolutely everything that you said is on the 4 pages of symptoms for hypoglycemia, previously called glucose intolerance, doctors suggesting to drink cola and eat sugar pills (pharma candy) are DEAD wrong!!! everybody have it on the standard american diet... some people suffer more than others...
Eventually, maybe not now, you'll have to get rid of their poisons too slowly... anti anxiety cause heart palpitations and antidepressants cause hypoglycemia (which cause depression so you can only get worst) and sudden death...
Take at least the max of the 2-4g of C for adrenal fatigue.
Calcium+D3 and magnesium will calm you way more than drugs if you take enough, because that's the problem in the first place too. Zinc is great too.
For energy, I take a B complex... centrum isn't strong enough... you have to take enough to fill a deep deficiency.
The adrenal glands handle stress and take storages of fuel out of the liver... without enough vitamin C, no matter how much you eat, you can't get the storages out!!!
It causes seizures. Not having enough B12, C to absorb iron and other Bs like B3 niacin to make red blood cell make your brain suffocate... without enough fuel or oxygen, of course you won't be able to think and feel happy about dying!
Eat smaller meals, of high fiber vegetables, with fat like butter, cheese and natural raw almonds... it will slow the digestion so you'Ll have fuel longer... the more intense the sugar, the more intense the high... I crash lower on those (even bread! even whole grains) than if I didn't eat at all !!!
It makes me want to cut my throat with a knife and eat people. But it stopped now that I eat almond snacks and banned what I can't tolerate... brain allergies will inflame your brain, not just the gut, the food goes everywhere! Chemicals does that too, I wash with baking soda and banned my microwave.
I feel awesome now.
I was told by a psy that it's all in my head, that no one will ever want me... I'm healthy, happy, have a job and friends... and before I couldn't even walk!
So slowly get rid of those chemicals, AFTER you start getting the good stuff.
