I am 27 and suffer with health anxiety. In the last week I have made myself physically sick and ill. I have had this memory issue 3 or 4 times when waking up going to sleep or in middle of the night. I am thinking something then completely forget what it is. I heard that anything within 30 seconds should stay in your brain. I don't know what to do. Sure I have alzheimers.

"Health Anxiety"

that's all it is. Everyone forgets things every now and then. And since you're worrying about it, it just made it worse. If you had alzheimers, you wouldn't be in the right mind to even go to yahoo answers for help.
