I'm alright 1 minuite and then all of a sudden i feel annoyed for no reason.
I just sit there feeling annoyed and feel like i'm going to cry but for no reason at all!
Then if anyone tries to speak to me i feel annoyed at them too and want them to just leave me alone.

Why does this happen?
Is it normal?
It happens at least twice a week =/

what you are describing does sound fairly normal..especially if you are in the age bracket of 13-20.i used to get like that all the time when i was younger and i still get it every now and then..I have found that boredom plays a huge roll in the changing mood....being bored can make you feel agitated...and having a lot of time to think about all the things that agitate you just makes you further more angry..maybe when you start to feel like this go for a walk, ride, drive, swim or even just listen to you fav songs by your fav bands..all these activities send signals to the brain causing it to release endorphins...this hormone is the body's natural stress reliever and is also pretty darn good at making you feel really great.

i no that feeling this way sux a**....so the most important thing is to try to avoid becoming that way...really what you need to do is possibly take up a sport or some form of outdoor activity? spend some time with your friends outside? being out in the fresh air instead of in a dark computer room full of stale air, would do you good... if you do this already maybe try a new potential hobbie?

i hope this can help

good luck :)

You may be depressed.

If you identify with several of the following signs and symptoms, and they just won’t go away, you may be suffering from clinical depression.

* you can’t sleep or you sleep too much

* you can’t concentrate or find that previously easy tasks are now difficult

* you feel hopeless and helpless

* you can’t control your negative thoughts, no matter how much you try

* you have lost your appetite or you can’t stop eating

* you are much more irritable and short-tempered than usual

* you have thoughts that life is not worth living (Seek help immediately if this is the case)

Even a couple of these symptoms could indicate depression, so you should seriously consider seeing your doctor or a psychologist if you think you may have it. Good luck, and I hope you feel better. :)

It happens to me sometimes, I think it has to do with stress probably. Or maybe it's because you're suppressing a lot of things and then you want to let them all out at once.

do you eat enough fresh green and salad vegies mate?? all full of the living enzymes that every single cell in your system needs to function smoothly and also rich in both calcium and magnesium.

Are you getting enough calcium and magnesium in your diet?? Without sufficient calcium you will suffer insomnia, headaches and migraines, irritability and moodiness, achy bones, digestive upsets such as bloating and cramping and constipation ......... calcium is essential for healthy bones, teeth and heart health and works in tandem with magnesium (known as the antistress mineral)...... lack of magnesium will give you migraines and headaches, nervous and twitching and muscular issues and will also cause lower back aches and bad digestion ....... and unecessary tension and stress.... increasing your daily intake of foods rich in both such as leafy and green vegies, brocolli, kale, spinach, fresh fish such as tuna and salmon and organic nuts and seeds such as almonds, brazil nuts and sunflower seeds will dramatically reduce your irritability and moodiness and stress levels.

Eat more green vegies mate, another thing they'll do is encourage the production of hydrochloric acid in your tummy and help resolve any issues you may have with constipation and bloating.

A little extra effort sure but anything worth having is worth the extra effort ..... i reckon calmness and peace of mind is worth a few bowls of green vegies a day.

EDIT

oh, try ditching sodas, pop, alcohol, excessive amounts of processed sugar and caffeine too ......... they'll all rip the precious calcium and magnesium right out of your bones...... they raise the uric acid levels in your bloodstream thus prompting your body to attempt to neutralise it by ripping the minerals calcium and magnesium from your bones.... ick.

peace baby
