Ok... so I have become extremely emotional over the past few months. I have always had a sensitive side but its gotten to the point where I could be watching tv and a sad commercial makes me shudder and start crying. This makes no sense to me!! I am dating a great guy we aren't really fighting, and I took one pregnancy test and it was negative. Other than that I can't come up with anything that would cause me to totally flip and start crying out of nowhere. I'm 20 so out of those depressed teen years, and I'm living on my own now and going to college but this started before I moved. If anyone has any suggestions for what might be causing this or how to fix it please help me out!! It's getting to the point where it's very annoying!!

It is still hormones, most likely.... seriously, people can have hormonal imbalances their whole lives .. from childhood.. they just get worse in teens, premenopause, and menopause for women, teens, andropause, for men.... but you can have them until you rebalance them...

Only specialists are trained to do this like thosse below.... a few simple blood tests can tell you what is happening..... and then the way to rebalance them... see below
