You could have diabetes or thyroid problems or low iron levels or even be clinically depressed. The best thing to do is keep your Dr's appointment. He/she will be able to do blood tests for some of these conditions. Don't be ashamed to tell your Doctor just what you wrote in your question. Drs. see way more embarassing problems than yours all the time. Go with the attitude that you are going to get help and you are on your way to feeling better. Good Luck to You

Hello,

First and foremost, don't give up. You mentioned you might have diabetes and a thyroid problems. Both of those can cause depression. I know, I have both and yes I have had bouts of depression that I cannot explain. I just have accepted that it is part of what my life is and I somehow get through it. I am also on anti-depressants. Those help alot. It also sounds like your issue with weight is causing you anxiety. Believe me all of these issues can be part of the total answer. There are medications that can help that too. Please see your doctcor and remember to discuss all of your issues, your concerns about the depression, apathy, and your weight, the medications and their side-affects. A tuned-in physician will treat your symptoms as a combination of treatments, not just three or four individual complaints. All of these issues affect the hormonal systems, so it is no wonder you feel lost and don't like school.

Last thing...please don't be embarrassed about your weight. It can be the effects of any one of these illnesses and a good diet plan with plenty of fruits and vegetables, lots of water, lowering your consumption of simple carbs like sweets, bread and potatoes can help you achieve your goal weight. I guess the best thing that I can say is to be patient. The body is a very complex machine and everyone reacts differently to combinations of illnesses. Once you start feeling better, I imagine you will feel more like walking or bicycling. Just easy things like walking through the mall (where it is safer than walking on the streets) a couple of times a week will help you a lot. Bring a friend to keep you company, but don't bring any money so you get side-tracked and start shopping. Stay away from clothes stores and the food court. All real easy temptations! I hope this helps you feel better about going to see your doc.

please see a psychologist. it sounds as if you are clinically depressed. depression is more than just feeling sad or down. and it is not only older people who get depressed. there are all kinds of medicines available to help you. it is nothing to be ashamed of. depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain. don't let anyone tell you otherwise! sometimes even rich, successful, good-looking, popular people are depressed. don't wait and hope that it changes, see a doctor very soon! if anyone on this site makes a joke about anything you described about yourself, ignore it. good luck!

Dear Friend,

"Hi, My name is Lori from Arizona.

I think I realized that there had to be a different way when my doctor told me I most definitely had hypothyroidism. Then, he prescribed me medicine that made me feel even worse. I knew something was wrong when I noticed that my hair had started to get really thin in the front.

Finally, after a birthday party I saw a picture of me and thought, "Oh my god, I'm a 27 year old female and I'm going bald!"

I made an appointment with another doctor because my mom suggested that maybe my hormones were out of whack.

I told the doctor all my symptoms: cold all the time to the point of pain, moodiness, balding, weight gain, etc, etc, etc.

He told me it sounded like my thyroid. He tested my blood again, but he offered no new answers.

After I left the doctor's office that time, I called my mom and told her what my doctor had told me, come to find out I have plenty of family members with the same condition.

I researched the symptoms, read personal stories on-line, and realized that's exactly what my problem is. Then, my doctor called me only to tell me my blood work came back normal, and he told me I really just need to eat healthier and exercise more and my symptoms will go away.

I started getting more and more depressed and I was putting on weight (mostly because I didn't try-I felt like what's the point?) I tried a third doctor who told me I didn't have thyroid problems, but I just needed to try a different form of birth control to regulate my hormones.

This went on for two years. I gained 40 pounds total and I can't tell you how miserable this whole experience was for me and everyone else around me. Finally, my mom was told about Alvidar™ from one of her co-workers. We ordered it and tried it.

To be honest with you, I was desperate and would have tried standing on my head if someone told me it would help. I took Alvidar™ for a few days and noticed that I felt a little better. I continued taking it and about three weeks later, I felt so much better.

I felt like I could concentrate for the first time in years. I felt stable and healthy and instead of saying, "no, I'm just going home and going to bed." When someone asked me to do something I started saying, "Yes, I would love to."

I have been taking Alvidar™ for four months now and I owe you everything! I have started doing things again, I have lost 13 pounds, I have noticed my hair is coming in thick and full again, my skin is soft, I'm not miserably cold all the time.

I have my life back. I'm me again. I cry every time I think about what I could still be living like I was if I hadn't found Alvidar™."

- Lori Nelson; Mesa, AZ

I'll bet YOU have tried diet after diet, only to stay the same weight or you keep gaining weight little by little every month.

You probably feel tired, sluggish, down in the dumps, and as hard as you try to fight it, you feel depressed.

A properly functioning thyroid gland is crucial for your metabolism, and when it doesn't work correctly, many of your bodily functions can suffer.

But now there is a solution that has helped over 44,000 people lift the dark cloud of thyroid problems from their lives.

Imagine you are climbing a hill. If you actually make it to the top of the hill you will be at your desired weight. You will have the energy you should have at your age. You will be happy and feel healthy.

Now imagine having to pull a boulder up this hill with you. Climbing the hill without the added weight is hard enough, but with this boulder it's almost impossible.

You are climbing the hill to be healthy, let us teach you how to remove your boulder and increase your thyroid production. You may never reach the top if you don't.

"It's Really Not Your Fault"

There are about 20 million Americans who suffer from hypothyroidism and thousands more who suffer without knowing what is wrong.

Hypothyroidism is often misdiagnosed as depression, PMS, poor diet, or several other conditions.

Doctors assume that every overweight patient is trying to blame their lack of diet and exercise on an under active thyroid.

These doctors can be less than sympathetic to a patient who complains of difficult weight loss and slowed cognitive thinking, but you know your body and you know something is wrong.

Many experts now feel that blood tests do not accurately evaluate a low functioning thyroid. Have you been tested for hypothyroidism with a blood test, only for the doctor to tell you that everything looks normal? Many people have.

Read over all the symptoms we have listed below, and make up your own mind about your own body. Chances are if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it's probably a duck.

Hypothyroidism is a condition that occurs when your thyroid gland doesn't produce enough thyroid hormone. If your body isn't producing enough thyroid hormone, it can make your life miserable.

You are tired, irritable, moody, depressed. You can't concentrate and you feel as if you are losing your grip on your sanity and your life.

The list below includes symptoms of hypothyroidism. You may be experiencing some or all of these symptoms in a wide range of severity.

Have you noticed that ?

You have problems losing weight and seem to gain weight without reason.

You feel tired and weak.

You are depressed and moody.

Your hair is dry and rough.

You become cold easily; being in cold weather is painful.

You are often constipated.

Your skin is dry and pale.

You are easily irritated.

You have problems remembering and concentrating

You have irregular menstrual cycles.

You have a decreased interest in sex.

You have muscle and/or joint pain.

Your fingernails may be thin and brittle.

Your face, hands, and feet are often swollen or puffy.

"Getting Your Energy Back"

Even though the weight gain seems to be the worst part of hypothyroidism, the depression, the fatigue, and the overall slowed body function can make you feel terrible. The worst part is that these symptoms will continue to get worse if you continue to avoid this problem.

You may feel as if there is nowhere to turn, no way to feel better, and no one willing to help. But, there may be a solution to your problem after all.

"There Is An Answer, Alvidar™"

We understand how you feel. You know something isn't right, you know that there is something "off" with your body and your system. But it seems that everywhere you turn you are told "it's all in your head" or "you're just trying to find something to blame for your weight."

You feel like you are going crazy and that everyone believes that you're just making it all up. Even if your thyroid test showed that you do have a low-functioning thyroid, it can be frustrating to find a medicine without side effects that are not worse than your symptoms.

Basically, no matter which way you go, you feel like you are running into a brick wall. That's why we created Alvidar™.

Alvidar™ contains ingredients that help to repair, improve, and re-program your thyroid gland to run in high gear, without any harsh chemicals or severe side effects.

Alvidar™ is composed of ingredients that help increase the function of your thyroid by providing your thyroid with the iodine it needs, decreasing your chances of developing a goiter, supplying your thyroid and your body with essential nutrients, normalizing the functioning of your thyroid, and stimulating glandular activities.

"What Makes Alvidar™ Different"

Studies have shown that the ingredients in Alvidar™ help to:

Provide your thyroid the iodine it needs

Decrease your chances of developing a goiter

Regulate the texture of your skin

Prevent dull hair

Supply your thyroid and body with essential nutrients

Help normalize the functioning of your thyroid

Aid in digestion

Support and regulate your libido

Help stimulate glandular activities

Help to lower your LDL cholesterol levels

"100% Guaranteed No Prescription Needed"

Alvidar™'s ingredients are specifically formulated to help your body restore your thyroid gland to normal function, and produce normal levels of thyroid hormones without any harsh chemicals or side effects.

Over a decade of documented international research has shown that the ingredients in Alvidar™ help provide your body with many of the essential nutrients that your thyroid needs to function properly.

What makes Alvidar™ so different is that it does not try to replace the deficient thyroid hormone, but it works to help your body increase the production of your thyroid gland on it's own. Alvidar™ doesn't treat the symptoms; it helps your body to fix the real problem.

"Here Is How Alvidar™ Works"

Will Alvidar™ cure my under active thyroid?

No, Alvidar™ is not a magic pill and it will not cure your under active thyroid.

Well, then what does it do?

Alvidar™ contains ingredients that help to repair, improve, and sustain your thyroid gland without any harsh chemicals or severe side effects.

Alvidar™ helps to stimulate and normalize the function of your thyroid by providing you with essential herbs and nutrients that allow your body to regulate your thyroid on its own.

Alvidar™ contains ingredients which provide your body with nutrients, vitamins, and minerals that help promote positive thyroid function.

The ingredients in Alvidar™ provide your body with natural iodine, which is necessary to maintain normal thyroid function.

When you supply the thyroid with the iodine it needs, you will decrease your chances of developing a goiter and you will boost your energy levels.

Since most of the thyroid hormones are filtered in the kidneys and liver, helping these organs perform better gives the thyroid a break and allows these organs to convert the thyroid hormone faster and more efficiently.

Alvidar™ contains ingredients that help protect the liver, as well as increase and aid digestion.

Alvidar™ also contains ingredients that researchers have found to increase the metabolism of dietary fats consumed. Ok, now I know how it works, but what can I expect as far as my symptoms go?

Most people report that within 2-4 weeks of taking the ingredients in Alvidar™ they begin to notice a change in their over-all feeling of wellness. Here is a list of improvements that customers have seen while using the ingredients Alvidar™:

Increase in energy

Improved metabolism

Do You Still Have Questions About Alvidar™?

Here are the answers to our clients' most common questions about Alvidar™

Q: What's the difference between hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism?

A: Hyperthyroidism is when your thyroid produces too much thyroid hormone while hypothyroidism is when your thyroid produces too little thyroid hormone. Many of the symptoms of hypothyroidism and hypothyroidism are similar, just on different ends of the spectrum. Both can make you feel horrible, but while hypothyroidism slows your bodily function down, hyperthyroidism speeds your body's processes up.

Q: I had hyperthyroid and was treated by reducing the production of my thyroid. I'm now hypothyroid, will Alvidar™ work for me?

A: Alvidar™ works by providing your thyroid with the iodine it needs, decrease your chances of developing a goiter, supply your thyroid and your body with essential nutrients, normalize the functioning of your thyroid, and stimulate glandular activities. If your thyroid has been removed or reduced in size Alvidar™ will not be able to help since it is specifically formulated to work by providing a sluggish thyroid with the nourishment it needs. Alvidar™ cannot help to regulate your thyroid levels if your thyroid has been removed.

Q: Do I have to take this for the rest of my life?

A: There is no cure for hypothyroidism and a low-functioning thyroid has to be treated at all times or else symptoms can re-appear.

Q: I don't understand the test results I received from my doctor; can you explain to me what they mean?

A: Due to the wide range of tests that doctors perform and because we did not and do not administer thyroid tests, we do not have the authority to explain your blood work. Please contact the doctor that administered the test.

Q: I have been tested for hypothyroidism, but my doctor said my blood work came back in the normal range, is it possible for me to still have hypothyroidism?

A: Many of the tests used by doctors for hypothyroidism can be inadequate. Even if you have been tested for hypothyroidism and had your doctor tell you your thyroid function is normal, you may still have a low-functioning thyroid.

Q: Can a low functioning thyroid make it difficult for me to lose weight?

A: Yes. If your thyroid is not functioning correctly, it can lower your metabolism and make it very difficult to lose weight and can make it very easy to gain weight.

Q: What if it doesn't work?

A: We offer the only guarantee of its kind in the business. If you do not see the desired results, simply return Alvidar™ as directed for a full refund. There is no reason to read the small print because there is no small print. We stand squarely behind this product because we know it works.

Q: Could hypothyroidism be contributing to my depression?

A: Yes, when your thyroid is not functioning properly it can make you fatigued, decrease your cognitive thinking, increase your moodiness and irritability, and make you feel depressed.

Q: How much should I take a day?

A: We suggest that you take two Alvidar™ pills every morning and 1 pill 1 hour before bedtime or as set by a health care practitioner.

Q: How is Alvidar™ shipped?

A: All orders are shipping in plain envelopes and boxes.

Q: Can I take Alvidar™ with other medications?

A: We cannot and will not recommend anyone taking our or any other supplement along with any other medication being taken without first consulting your doctor. If you wish to order dietary supplements from us without consulting your doctor, and you are taking any medication, please be advised you are proceeding at your own risk.

"Customer Success Stories"

"I have battled my weight my whole life. I tried diet after diet after diet, and I would eat 1200 calories and work out for an hour every day and only lose two pounds a month. Finally, I went to a personal trainer. After a while, he suggested that I get checked for my thyroid. I made an appointment. I was thrilled at the thought of being able to lose weight easily. The doctor told me I did in fact have hypothyroidism and he prescribed me Synthroid.

I started taking it with high hopes, but kept getting debilitating headaches. As soon as I stopped taking it, I would be my old self again. My personal trainer is big into herbs and stuff, so he suggested I look into herbal treatments.

That's when I found Alvidar™. I have been taking it for about a month now, and I can't even begin to tell you how much better I feel. I didn't think I had a lot of the symptoms of hypothyroidism like loss of memory, fatigue, and rough skin, until my thyroid started working correctly.

Now, I am on track. I'm more productive at the office. I'm more energetic. I am actually losing weight at the rate you are suppose to. I have even fit into my skinny jeans again! I'm happier! Even my friends who didn't know I started taking medication or that I had a problem at all are telling me how much happier I look and act. They think I have a secret boyfriend."

Sam Edwards, Bellingham, WA

"I have been taking Alvidar™ for under a week and I have noticed a marked improvement in my thinking processes.

The Alvidar™ ad had a symptom list, and I had almost all of symptoms on the list. I have more energy. I think more clearly, and, as a whole, I feel much better. Thank you Alvidar™ for your ads on the Internet."

Rhonda, Iowa

"My thyroid has been functioning low for years. I have all the symptoms. I have been tested by two different doctors and both told me I was fine. I have been using herbs to help with my problems for a little while and they have helped me.

I was told about Alvidar™ on a message board and ordered it. I knew that herbs could help me, but I am very pleased with Alvidar™. This is the best herbal product I have ever used. It has surpassed all of my expectations."

Rob Broughton, Ocean City, MD

"When you always look at other girls and think, why can't I be skinny like them? And when you try hard, only to get discouraged and put on more weight and it's a never-ending cycle, you get depressed.

It's so nice to know that it's not my fault, that there is something that is wrong with me. I have already lost 24 pounds. That's more weight than I have ever lost consecutively. I feel like it's not even as hard to do now, I have recommended Alvidar™ to everyone who I think might be able to benefit from it!"

Pamela Bright - Grapevine, TX
