Okay, I have a problem it's where I can't remember half the stuff that happens to me. I'm young like under 20. I've heard you lose your memory when you don't get much sleep? I'm not sure. I even created a yahoo answers account yesterday and forgot the unsername and password today already. Is this a serious medical problem? Any help?

It's true that sleep deprivation can affect memory. I always have problems remembering tasks and appointments. What I did to solve this problems it to create calender events on my iPod touch and set alarms to go off a day before the appointment and an hour before. You could also keep a journal to help you remember what you did day to day. If you really think it's serious then getting it checked out wouldn't hurt.

It is most likely based in hormonal imbalances, you could have blood tests for thyroid, sex, adrenal, cortisol levels and have them balanced by specialists like those below

Hormone problems account for most mental illness and many major illnesses..they are epedemic in any age group due to environmental toxins, etc, you dont have to suffer.. not enough estrogen, thyroid, etc. or too much of another, can cause memory loss, and other problems....

If your having trouble remembering then jot down on some paper. You probably just have a lot on your mind.If you make notes to yourself, you'll have no problem.
