I know i have a depression issue. I cut myself, i sit alone, i barely even talk to my friends anymore. i see no more interest in life.
before, when i got all A's, they have now dropped to A's, few B's, and a few C's. I used to be a band geek. Now band bores me. The only way i find happiness is reading, and even that barely keeps me going..
I never gave my parents my grades, and they havent noticed a thing. (except that ive been getting pissed easily)

should i tell my parents?
i like being happy, but for some reason, i somewhat like being depressed. it makes me correct my mistakes where i have done wrong.

I'm sorry you feel this way, I've gone thru this phase too.

Try and stay positive even tho it may seem impossible try it.

Move around! Force yourself to go to a gym or take a jog.

I know it's easier said than done. I've had depressed for a very long time, and pills and therapists couldn't cure it. I had to do it myself, and i did it by Staying positive and boxing.

Hang in there, your important to a lot of people.

That phrase is done to death and sounds lame, but its very true.

When you get thru this, trust me its ******* AWESOME. You become a greater person than u used to be, and you'll love yourself a lot more.

Good luck, and i'll be praying for your good health from miles away!

You absolutely should tell your parents. Depression is very serious, and it only gets worse if it goes untreated.

Not to mention, the cutting needs to stop. Trust me, as a former cutter, I understand how it can give temporary relief. But its not a permanent fix, it only masks the real issue.

Talk to your parents, and a therapist. Its critical that you get help before this escalates.

In existence, your concepts is your worse enemy. it is your fault in case you enable your stress thoroughly render you ineffective, which does no longer look the case...? i'm severe once I say curing stress and melancholy is as difficulty-free as going to the wellbeing midsection. no longer kidding, its worked extra valuable than any SSRI i've got taken. So in case you have chose to experience "regular" returned, and decide directly to have an energetic existence style, starting to be a member of the protection rigidity should not be your first decision. look into the protection rigidity, and what reward they have for you down the line. somewhat take all of it with a grain a salt, no longer something is for particular after enlistment. ultimate of success guy.

You should definitely tell your parents. Depression is like a spiral stair case, the farther down you go the longer and more difficult it can be to get back to the top.

Cutting yourself is not good. Just relax go on with your friends. Don't avoid them, instead talk to them. Share to them what you feel. Sometimes our friends can help us in times of crisis. It is also important that you share your problems to your parents. Our parents is the last person that can help us. Don't be shy to them. Keeping your problem on your own can add burden on your mind. Just relax, go with your friends and also with your parents. Sometimes we need to relax especially our mind. Thinking always of our problem can stress our mind and it's not good in our health. You can try to take meditation in order to help your mind to relax. This is also a good way of relieving our stress.
