Do all patients in anti-psychotic drugs will have akathisia or tardive akathisia later in life?

these side effects are only prevelent in patients who have taken "typical" antipsychotics which are older antipsychotics...the newer "atypical" antipsychotics don't really trigger this side effect...they rarely prescribe the old ones because of these side effects

The prevalence is believed to be somewhere between 5 and 36% so the majority of people on antipschycotics never experience this symptoms.

Some do, some don't. Most doctors will not tell you about it though.
