My therapy sessions are booked for the following two months, until today I went all of them. Today by mistake, I missed my session. However, she did not call me or anything, and in two weeks, we have a therapy session.
What would she think about me, like a selfish idiot?
I am very embarrassed..

Don't be embarrassed. You'll be charged for the missed secession.

These things happen. It was a simple mistake. Just send her an email apologizing profusely. Understand that you may be charged anyway.

We can't tell you exactly what she thinks, because we don't know her and can't read her mind. However, accidentally missing a session isn't the end of the world, and I doubt any therapist would get up on her high horse and think you were a "selfish idiot".
