Hello Everyone. I live in Milwaukee, WI (USA) and this morning on the bus I ran into a handicap guy who was a very pleasent person to chat with during the bus ride. I was surprised to find out he is having trouble getting disability care from the state even with his physical condition. He explaind that his family has helped him setup a website asking people for help. I checked it out when I got home because I never met anyone who had something like this on the internet before. Normally I stay away from stuff like that because you don't know if the person really needs help or money but, I can honestly say that in my opinion this guy really needs help and deserves it too. This is the website he directed me to: http://www.datanet-corp.net/help-jonathan/index.html

Sure, would you want to donate to me too, please?

I could use help too. c'mon, please, I deserve it too. I have a sad story to tell, it may not be true but it is sad.

Y!A is not the place to solicit funds or donations no matter what "cause." Yours or anyone else's. You could be help-jonathan for all we know.

Don't be a sucker, it's okay to have a heart, but check for facts. Get identification and other information, like rejection letters from disability, it just makes good sense.

absolutely not in that case - way too many scammers around. I only donate to causes that I absolutely know is geniune in their need, no someone I just meet who claims it & then gives out a website address.

Plus the fact that in every western country I know of, insurance on vehicles/registration or whatever system is used covers medical treatment required from car accidents

Beware of the crazies on the Milwaukee bus system...
